Delivery – Returns – Exchanges Policy

1) Delivery Conditions

  • In‑Stock Products: Dispatched to the courier within 3 (three) business days following order confirmation.
  • Products in Procurement: Dispatched to the courier within 30 (thirty) business days following order confirmation.
  • Artist Products: Dispatched to the courier within 10 (ten) business days following order confirmation.
  • Deliveries are made to the address specified by the buyer via Get Society’s contracted courier/logistics partners.
  • At delivery, please check that the package is intact and complete; if any damage, tearing, wetting, or impact is detected, a courier report must be issued. For damaged items accepted without a report, responsibility rests with the buyer.

2) Return Conditions

  • The right of return applies only to in‑stock products.
  • For products other than in‑stock items, there is no right of return unless a discrepancy from the information declared at the time of order exists or an issue with authenticity is identified.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom orders, personalized productions, limited editions, artist productions, or products not held in stock.
  • Return requests must be submitted to us in writing within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery.
  • Returned products must be:
    • Unused,
    • Undamaged,
    • In their original packaging with labels intact
  • The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to products designed specifically for the individual, produced to order, or unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
  • Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

3) Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be notified in writing within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery.
  • Products to be exchanged must meet the criteria specified under the return conditions.
  • Subject to stock availability, exchanges may be made for a different size, color, or version of the same product; if out of stock, a return process cannot be initiated.

4) Special Provisions

  • Product authenticity is guaranteed by Get Society. The legal warranty period applies against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
  • For disputes arising during delivery, return, or exchange processes, the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Central Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
  • This Policy has been prepared in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers and relevant legislation.
