1. Secure Payment Infrastructure

• All payment transactions support SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and 3D Secure verification.
• Payment processes are conducted over infrastructures provided by PCI‑DSS compliant banks/payment institutions.
• Credit card data are never stored on our systems; transactions are completed directly on the secure interface of the relevant institution.
• Orders may be subject to security review in case of suspected activity; identity/verification may be requested where necessary.

2. Protection of Personal Data

Personal data are processed in accordance with the KVKK Information Notice, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy; they are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent. Limited transfers may be made where necessary for order fulfillment (e.g., courier, payment institution).

3. Product Authenticity and Quality

• Artworks and products offered for sale are listed with their authenticity and the attributes described in the listing.
• For limited editions/signed items, certificates of authenticity are provided where applicable.
• In cases of doubts about authenticity or deviations from the listing, the Refund & Damage Policy applies.

4. Secure Delivery

• Shipments are made with careful packaging standards and, where possible, via insured cargo.
• An external visual inspection should be performed at delivery; if damage is suspected, a Courier Damage Report must be issued.
• Transport‑related damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery in writing and with photographic evidence.

5. Transparent Returns and Exchanges

• Artworks and personalized productions are, by law, within the exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal.
• Returns/exchanges are not accepted for products whose box/packaging has been opened, whose seal has been removed, or that have been assembled or used.
• Return and damage procedures are carried out pursuant to the “Refund & Damage Policy”.

6. Fraud Prevention and Account Security

• We recommend strong passwords and one‑time verification methods for account access; password security is the User’s responsibility.
• In cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or identity forgery, orders may be suspended or canceled.

7. Legal Framework and Jurisdiction

All transactions are subject to the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and the Turkish Code of Obligations. In case of disputes, the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Central Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
