2.1 Delivery Address and Responsibility

  • Delivery is made to the address declared by the buyer during the order.
  • Any additional costs arising from an incorrect/incomplete/inaccessible address, the buyer’s absence, or failure to accept delivery are borne by the buyer.

2.2 Delivery Time

  • For in‑stock products, the period starts upon payment approval and is completed within 30 days at the latest.
  • For custom/artist collaboration/branded products, timelines vary by product nature and procurement plan; these are communicated in writing prior to order.
  • If the legal maximum period is exceeded, the buyer may cancel; the amount paid is refunded within 14 days.

2.3 Delivery for Branded Products

  • Some products may be shipped directly by the brand/distributor/manufacturer.
  • Shipment tracking follows the brand owner’s procedures; the Seller acts as an intermediary.
  • Customs procedures in overseas procurement may extend delivery times.

2.4 Delivery of Artist Collaboration Works

  • Certification and packaging processes may affect delivery time.
  • Special packaging and insured shipping are used for delicate/high‑value works.

2.5 International Deliveries

  • Timelines depend on country/logistics/customs processes.
  • Customs duties and official charges are borne by the buyer.
  • Delays due to customs holds/extra inspections are not under the Seller’s responsibility.

2.6 Inspection at Delivery and Damage Reporting

  • The buyer must inspect the package and the product at delivery.
  • If damage is present, a report must be issued with the courier and the Seller notified before accepting delivery.
  • Claims for transport‑related damage may be invalid if the parcel is accepted without a report.

2.7 Partial Delivery

  • Items in multi‑product orders may be shipped separately.
  • No additional shipping fee is charged for partial deliveries.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

General Rule

Pursuant to Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the buyer has the right to withdraw without giving any reason within 14 days of delivery. The period starts upon delivery to the buyer or a third party designated by the buyer.

3.2 Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

  • The product must be unused and undamaged.
  • All accessories, documents, and the original packaging must be returned.
  • The product must be in resalable condition.
  • Unless otherwise stated, the shipping cost is covered by the Seller.

3.3 Products Not Eligible for Return under the Right of Withdrawal

  • Products prepared to personal specifications (size/color/design, etc.).
  • Signed, certified, or limited‑edition artworks produced through artist collaborations.
  • Products whose packaging is opened/used or that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons.
  • Special‑order/promotional products excluded from return by the brand/distributor.

3.4 Return Process for Branded Products

  • Returns/exchanges are subject to the brand owner’s procedures; the Seller acts as an intermediary.
  • No exchange or refund is processed without the brand’s return approval.

3.5 Returns for Damaged or Defective Products

  • If damage is detected at delivery, a report must be issued and the product should not be accepted.
  • For damage discovered later, a written/photographic application must be submitted within 72 hours.
  • Photos must clearly show all sides of the product including packaging (.jpeg/.png).
  • For approved damage returns, shipping costs are covered by the Seller.

3.6 Return Timeline and Refund

  • Once the product reaches the Seller, the refund is issued within 14 days at the latest.
  • For installment payments, bank deductions are passed through to the buyer.
  • For international shipments, customs/taxes/official charges are non‑refundable.

3.7 Returns for Custom Production Orders

  • After production has started, cancellations/returns are not accepted.
  • Pre‑production cancellations must be requested within 24 hours from the order time.

4. Payment Information

4.1 Payment Methods

  • Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer/EFT, other digital methods.
  • Transfer/EFT payments must be completed within 2 business days from the order; otherwise, the order is canceled.

4.2 Installments and Bank Charges

  • Installment terms are subject to bank/institution policies.
  • Interest, commissions, and other charges are borne by the buyer.
  • In refunds, bank deductions are offset from the refund amount.

4.3 Payments for Custom/Personalized Orders

  • Full payment is collected before production begins.
  • After production starts, cancellations/returns are not accepted (see 3.7).
  • Pre‑production cancellations must be requested within 24 hours from the order time.

4.4 Payment Terms for Branded Products

  • Manufacturer/brand/distributor payment terms apply.
  • A prepayment/deposit may be requested and will be communicated prior to order.
  • Returns/refunds follow the brand’s approval procedure.

4.5 Payment Security

  • SSL and 3D Secure are used.
  • Your card details are not stored by the Seller; they are processed via the payment infrastructure.
  • In case of suspicious transactions, the order may be canceled and the payment refunded.

4.6 Prices, Taxes, and Official Charges

  • Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT.
  • International customs/taxes/fees are borne by the buyer.
  • Price changes do not apply to confirmed orders.

5. Warranty and After‑Sales Services

5.1 Authenticity Warranty

  • All products are authentic and sourced through lawful channels.
  • Certificates of authenticity are provided for artworks.

5.2 Warranty Scope

  • The warranty covers authenticity only.
  • No warranty is provided for lifespan/performance/maintenance/function.
  • The buyer is responsible for proper use and storage.

5.3 Relation to Returns

The authenticity warranty applies to returns within the 14‑day withdrawal period; thereafter, only defective goods legislation applies.

5.4 Documentation

An invoice, certificate of authenticity, and any brand certificates are provided with each product.

Rights to access, rectification, deletion/destruction, restriction/cessation of processing, information on transfers, and verification of purpose limitation.

6.7 Data Security Commitment

Appropriate technical/administrative measures are taken; in case of a data breach, the buyer will be notified.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 General Provision

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery; notice must be given in writing or via a durable medium.

7.2 Conditions for Withdrawal

  • The product must be returned complete and undamaged with invoice, certificate/warranty documents, original packaging, and all accessories.
  • There must be no conditions preventing resale in terms of hygiene/health/safety.
  • For custom and made‑to‑order products, the right of withdrawal applies only in case of defect/fault arising from production.

7.3 Special Provisions for Branded Products and Artist Works

  • Authenticity is guaranteed; no post‑delivery warranty service is provided.
  • For certified products, the certificate must be returned in full with the product.
  • For artist works, the right of withdrawal applies only to defects/damage arising from production.

7.4 Products Excluded from Withdrawal

  • Customized/altered products,
  • Products not suitable for return due to hygiene,
  • Opened software/digital content/media,
  • Collectible artworks with a high risk of value loss.

7.5 Return Process and Costs

  • For returns within the scope of withdrawal, shipping costs are borne by the Seller.
  • Returns must be shipped using the courier specified by the Seller; additional costs from other couriers may be charged to the buyer.
  • After the product is received and inspected, the amount is refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.

7.6 Cases Where Withdrawal Cannot Be Used

  • Expiry of the withdrawal period,
  • Damage due to use/washing/alteration/third‑party intervention,
  • Returns lacking accessories/certificates/warranty documents.
