Balance is a manifestation of internal reckoning rendered through sculptural form. Müge Kesim employs discarded industrial remnants rusted gears, immobile cogs and a tensioned wire not merely as materials but as metaphors for existential tension. The work navigates the precarious architecture of equilibrium, transforming decay into contemplation.
What first appears familiar a wheel, a line, a base unfolds into a meditation on fragility. The rust speaks of time, the wire of tension, and the gear of halted progress. Together, they construct a silent choreography of endurance, echoing the delicate balance we attempt to maintain between self and world, intention and surrender.
